Filtered Respirators

By purchasing our Filtered Respirator, you agree to wear product at your own risk in all areas and environments. You acknowledge and agree that even though product is designed to seal to face, it will not seal to all faces due to variations in facial structures and other possible obstacles such as facial hair. 

This Filtered Respirator is patent pending and pending FDA approval. If worn in a medical or 'high risk' environment, you agree and acknowledge that you are to wear this product at your own risk. 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm and acknowledge that you have seen/read our 'How to properly wear our Filtered Respirator' and understand how to assemble, install and mount respirator to face to achieve the best seal. 

As always, please continue to practice social distancing and continue to wash your hands and avoid touching your face.

Note from CDC: In settings where facemasks are not available, HCP might use homemade masks (e.g., bandana, scarf) for care of patients with COVID-19 as a last resort. However, homemade masks are not considered PPE, since their capability to protect HCP is unknown. Caution should be exercised when considering this option. Homemade masks should ideally be used in combination with a face shield that covers the entire front (that extends to the chin or below) and sides of the face.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree and acknowledge that all Filtered Respirators sales are FINAL and CANNOT be returned/refunded.  This is to help with the spread of any type of viral infections, harmful surface bacteria or viruses, and COVID-19. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include shipping and/or tax.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received by you, the customer, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For made-to-order items, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase total (including product costs and taxes). The item is to be unused with no damage, scratches, blemishes, or missing parts. The customer should return the complete product in the original packaging to Sparc Industries at customer cost, unless return is a result of an error of Sparc Industries (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Once received at Sparc Industries, we will inspect the product to ensure it is not damaged and is complete before a refund is released to the customer.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Warranty

All Sparc Industries products are warranted to the original owner for one (1) year from date of purchase for defects in material and/or workmanship under normal and intended use. Spare Design, Ltd. agrees to repair or replace Sparc Industries brand products, at the sole discretion of Sparc Industries, without charge, provided the problem(s) are the responsibility of Sparc Design, Ltd. Sparc Design, Ltd. is not responsible for finish problems due to neglect by customer. Product that has been damaged, painted, or modified in any way will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Transfer of title of any Sparc Industries product by the original owner voids the warranty. Sparc Design, Ltd. is not responsible for damage to vehicle or labor cost incurred as a result of failure of warranted items. Sparc Industries warranty is limited to the purchase price of Sparc Industries brand product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is result of an error of Sparc Industries. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
