Description of Issue *

I acknowledge that my refund request is subject to the store’s refund policy and that submitting this form does not guarantee approval. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item after inspection. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving product. Custom and Made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return winde. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, returns are handled case-by-case with no guarantees.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

All refunds are subject to a 15–50 percent restocking fee, depending on the item’s condition.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected by Sparc Industries.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You may choose one of the following options:

- Provide your own return shipping label
- Request a Sparc Industries-provided label — the cost will be deducted from your refund
- Return the item in person at Sparc Industries during business hours

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom and made-to-order parts are final sale.

Damages, Issues, Incorrect or Missing Parts

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

After 60 days, we cannot guarantee we will verify or fulfill correction requests.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part, submit a return request, wait for approval, and then place a new order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to avoid additional fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Warranty Policy

Sparc Industries Manufactured Products

All Sparc Industries manufactured parts are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials or workmanship when used in their intended application.

Vendor & Dropship Products

Products manufactured by third-party vendors are subject to the vendor’s warranty policy. Sparc Industries will assist in coordinating communication, but final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.

Electrical Components

Electrical components are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date. Warranty is void if plugged in wrong, installed incorrectly, wired incorrectly, or modified in any way. This includes wiring harnesses, control boards, gauges, and all electrical accessories. No exceptions. Warrenty void is at sole descretion of Sparc Industries.

What Warranty Does Not Cover

- Improper installation
- Use outside intended application
- Damage caused by accidents or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Custom or altered components

Returns and exchanges remain subject to our standard 30-day return policy and are separate from warranty claims.
